We got an appointment quickly. We were provided with a loaner, which was nice. The service agent also worked with our warranty company to get the repairs covered. The repairs were completed quickly, and as far as we can tell, very adequately.

Overall experience was great. All services were completed. However, Trash from sticker was left on my dash. When I came to pay for services and pick up my car at Sales department , neither salesman acknowledged my presence. One walked past me several times and the other was with a customer. A simple “ Someone will be with you shortly “ could have been said. I stood there for 5 minutes.

Service was excellent but there were very few snacks in the customer lounge.

Not very happy,took my Chevy Malibu for an issue that was supposed to be covered under my warranty and ended up paying almost $400 of money i didnt have for an overpriced diagnostic and a carbon build up cleaing for a car that only has 25k miles on it. Not happy at all!

The service was what I always expect. The technician and the counter people were completely helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I would recommend them to anyone who asks me where I get my service.

The sales process was absolutely smooth. Tim kept everything short and to the point and didn't drag the process out any longer then things needed to be. Everything was done over the phone, so when I got to the dealership, the process was extremely quick and easy. I appreciated the level of honesty and respect from everyone involved in the process, which made for an overall great experience during the process of purchasing my new vehicle.

Service was nice and expedient with a pleasant staff. When I was informed of the repairs needed though, I was given the wrong pricing and was shocked by the final bill. The issue with the truck is still occuring despite the $900 something repair for the starter so that's disappointing. Great staff but unsure of the diagnostics ability. Also is the 2nd time I've had hard shifting and each time they just live the yoke which I can't imagine is really the fix, more to just show that something was done, without a real diagnosis . Again great desk staff but not much confidence in the diagnostic capabilities

We made an appointment for 11:30 and we didn’t get out of there until 2:00. It was hot and the salesman offered us coffee or a water we got water but it was warm. I think they need to have 2 salesman there as there was 2 other people buying. Also you should offer a snack room for people waiting. Leonard Kurtz

In and out in a jiffy for annual state safety inspection.

I was told when I bought my car that my first service was free. Inspection was not free. Emissions was not free. $80.00 is not free. I used my points. Inspection and emissions are way too expensive.

Very happy with Pete Brady as my sales consultant. The Sauder discount got my attention along with the 0 per cent interest. Pete set me up & also took care of my military discount. Very happy with him explaining the car & being available with any questions that arise. A job well done.

You guys did my oil change and everything in a timely matter compared to previous dealers I dealt with. The only difference was they would wash my cars off lol, but I got my truck back

The sales personnel Mike Colombraro, at the Ephrata Sauders Chevrolet sales lot was the best experience that I ever had in my life of buying or leasing automobiles,( cars or trucks) He went far above anything I would have expected. Mike made sure I understood all the functions of the truck before I drove off the lot. I also feel the Sales manager (Patrick Byrnes)and Mike work well together.to come up with the price that worked for me. I was very happy and will tell others to go to Sauder Chevrolet.

Did what was expected. They did a vehicle Inspection. HOWEVER, it took several days of calling to get appointment. Would call hit prompt for service rings, eventually goes to voice mail, no call back. tried for several days. Even called and hit prompt for sales, they answered right away and explained problem and asked to be transferred, no answer, voicemail, no call back. service said had no voice messages. Not just this time, more like the last several times we needed appointments

I dropped the car off for a list of things I had been putting off air dam, cig lighter, struts for the hood and trunk. Oil change was due. They kept me informed. The rear hatch struts didn't come in will run it back in a week or so when they come in. Otherwise was fine. Didn't get my battery work earlier in the week, as I could not wait for 3-4 days for the availability to put one in.
