Tim W and Mike C were great. They didn't trying to push a vehicle on me that I didn't want. They helped me get in the vehicle I wanted and were very helpful in the processor as well as informative. They were in contact with me throughout the week updating me and setting me up to succeed in the process.

Went in for a simple oil change, get a notification for 2 issues that require immediate attention and a potential cost of $1200. The texts implied to me that my vehicle wasn't safe and needed new tires and a fuel injection service, both which I found out after calling that they were only recommended even though the text says my immediate attention is required. Not really happy how this was explained to me and brushed off that someone entered it in the system wrong. I feel like the dealership was just trying to get extra money from me.

Salesman Mike Colombraro was very helpful with getting in touch with me that they car I wanted was available and also answering my questions. I had a lot of questions seeing this was my first new car. It was great!

John Sauder constantly finds ways to disappoint me with their service. I got an onstar notification that my anti-lock brakes needed service immediately. When serviced, they said nothing was wrong and it was likely due to my TPMS sensor going off, which makes no sense. They charged me $99 to tell me that. I also went in with 1 TPMS senor needing replaced, and now I need all 4 replaced. Continued disappointment. This will be my last time using John Sauder for service/inspection or new vehicle purchase.

I got the answer as to why the owners manual and the car do not agree on what is suppose to happen with the animated lights. Chevy needs to fix the problem. It's not a dealer issue.

Great experience. Some how the appointment was made at other location but they fit me right in.

I like that they are not scheduling weeks out. Dealerships need to control inflated prices for general services.

A service tech and i took it for a ride a you hear the sound and the car did not make it.

My invoice was $106.52 to replace a $5.00 fuse in my fuse box! Then you wanted an additional 3.5% finance charge for using a credit card for payment. Either you think your replacement parts are made of gold, or you did not try very hard to convince your bank that the service fees for credit cards are ridiculous. Don't they appreciate the auto loans you send their way?

Professional mechanics

Overall experience was great. All services were completed. However, Trash from sticker was left on my dash. When I came to pay for services and pick up my car at Sales department , neither salesman acknowledged my presence. One walked past me several times and the other was with a customer. A simple “ Someone will be with you shortly “ could have been said. I stood there for 5 minutes.

Service was excellent but there were very few snacks in the customer lounge.

Work was started and completed on time. Very friendly staff and information was greatly appreciated.

I thought John Sauder Ephrata did a great job. I asked them to check the grease fittings and the transfer case fluid, and both were checked along with the routine maintenance. I was very happy with the service..

I dropped the car off for a list of things I had been putting off air dam, cig lighter, struts for the hood and trunk. Oil change was due. They kept me informed. The rear hatch struts didn't come in will run it back in a week or so when they come in. Otherwise was fine. Didn't get my battery work earlier in the week, as I could not wait for 3-4 days for the availability to put one in.

We got an appointment quickly. We were provided with a loaner, which was nice. The service agent also worked with our warranty company to get the repairs covered. The repairs were completed quickly, and as far as we can tell, very adequately.
