I dropped the car off for a list of things I had been putting off air dam, cig lighter, struts for the hood and trunk. Oil change was due. They kept me informed. The rear hatch struts didn't come in will run it back in a week or so when they come in. Otherwise was fine. Didn't get my battery work earlier in the week, as I could not wait for 3-4 days for the availability to put one in.

They did everything promised and addressed 1 minor issue I had.

I appreciated being able to work the deal over the phone. Then all I had to do was go over minor details and sign the paperwork. All and all it was a good experience with Pete Brady and Patrick (finance).

They addressed all of my concerns and had my vehicle done on time.

Service was excellent but there were very few snacks in the customer lounge.

The sales personnel Mike Colombraro, at the Ephrata Sauders Chevrolet sales lot was the best experience that I ever had in my life of buying or leasing automobiles,( cars or trucks) He went far above anything I would have expected. Mike made sure I understood all the functions of the truck before I drove off the lot. I also feel the Sales manager (Patrick Byrnes)and Mike work well together.to come up with the price that worked for me. I was very happy and will tell others to go to Sauder Chevrolet.

I got the answer as to why the owners manual and the car do not agree on what is suppose to happen with the animated lights. Chevy needs to fix the problem. It's not a dealer issue.

My invoice was $106.52 to replace a $5.00 fuse in my fuse box! Then you wanted an additional 3.5% finance charge for using a credit card for payment. Either you think your replacement parts are made of gold, or you did not try very hard to convince your bank that the service fees for credit cards are ridiculous. Don't they appreciate the auto loans you send their way?

I was very disappointed. I had an oil change and forgot to present the coupon. When I came back the next day with the coupon, it was not honored.

Overall experience was great. All services were completed. However, Trash from sticker was left on my dash. When I came to pay for services and pick up my car at Sales department , neither salesman acknowledged my presence. One walked past me several times and the other was with a customer. A simple “ Someone will be with you shortly “ could have been said. I stood there for 5 minutes.

Great service from the team. My truck had to stay overnight because there was a programing issue and they provided me with a car to drive. The service dept went above my expectation because I didn't by the truck from John Sauder Chevrolet. My service advisor Sarah Fry was very nice to work with. Thank You John Sauder Chevrolet

Came in to the dealership with the heating system not working. They not only fund the problem; but fixed it the same day. Nice to have heat in the car!!!

We got an appointment quickly. We were provided with a loaner, which was nice. The service agent also worked with our warranty company to get the repairs covered. The repairs were completed quickly, and as far as we can tell, very adequately.

Sarah was amazing! I had several items that needed repair that were unexpected. Sarah walked me through the best plan of action, provided a loaner car and kept me updated. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Not very happy,took my Chevy Malibu for an issue that was supposed to be covered under my warranty and ended up paying almost $400 of money i didnt have for an overpriced diagnostic and a carbon build up cleaing for a car that only has 25k miles on it. Not happy at all!

We made an appointment for 11:30 and we didn’t get out of there until 2:00. It was hot and the salesman offered us coffee or a water we got water but it was warm. I think they need to have 2 salesman there as there was 2 other people buying. Also you should offer a snack room for people waiting. Leonard Kurtz
